Which session is right for me?

 

Initial consultation & treatment – 1h (€60–80)

This appointment is designed as a gentle and accessible introduction to my work, allowing you to explore manual therapy and acupuncture in a calm, supportive setting.

We will combine a focused initial conversation with an individual treatment, giving you space to experience how and whether my approach can support you.

 

Initial consultation & treatment – 1,5h (€90–110)

This longer appointment is suitable for a thorough and comprehensive introduction.
We take plenty of time for a detailed medical history, an extended conversation about your concerns, and a comprehensive treatment using manual therapy and acupuncture.

Ideal if you want more space, depth and time from the start, or if you come to me with multiple or more extensive complaints.

 

Follow-up treatment – 1h (€60–80)

This appointment is suited for continuing treatment and building on the work of previous sessions.
After a brief check-in, we adjust the treatment to your current needs and continue supporting your process.

Perfect for regular sessions or for targeted further treatment of individual topics.

 

Follow-up treatment – 1,5h (€90–110)

This longer follow-up session allows for additional space for deeper conversation and extended treatment time.
It is well suited if you come with multiple concerns, would like more time to talk, or wish to rest longer with the acupuncture needles in place.

We continue working with what has already been created and deepen the treatment using manual therapy and acupuncture..

 

Pricing model – Sliding Scale

All dates are offered on a sliding scale.
This means you choose the price within the stated range – depending on your financial resources and the number of sessions you expect to need.
